2009 Customers satisfaction poll
Always striving to satisfy the expectations of its customers, CRIC's Metrology Section has carried out a customers satisfaction poll during the second half year of 2009. Amongst the topics particularly appreciated by our customers were mentioned the technical competence and punctuality of our technicians as well as the quality of the service they provide.
Some customers indicated that improvement is possible in matters of delays provided by the Metrology Section : this essentially concerns the term for receiving the certificates and, to a lesser extent, the response rapidity of the contact persons when applying for a calibration as well as the execution delay for the mission.
The entire team of the Metrology Section will analyse in detail this topic and will do everything possible to improve its results in regard of this item.
