Mission
The CRIC-OCCN puts its laboratories as well as the competence of its people at the disposal of its customers, producers and users (both private and public) of building materials.
Within this framework, the Testing Department carries out tests and analyses on concrete and mortar, on their components like cement, aggregates, admixtures, fly-ashes and on their applications.
The Testing Department also ensures a mission of technical assistance under various forms:
- Scientific and technical support with any request concerning the concrete technology
- Development of compositions of concrete: theoretical study, manufacturing, tests on fresh and hardened concrete
- Technical assistance on site: mobile laboratory equipped for the realization of the tests on fresh concrete as well as for sampling of cylindrical test specimens by means of a core extractor.
The competence of the laboratory of the CRIC-OCCN has been confirmed by the BELAC accreditation which has already been held for many years.
